Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging with tags.
- For hygiene reasons, feeding items and teethers must be unopened to be returned, unless they are defective or not as described.
- Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to return
- Email info@merqorallc.com with your name, order details and reason for return.
- We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
- Do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Merqora pays return shipping for defective, damaged or incorrect items. For other returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are shipped.

We ship to addresses within the United States.
Processing and delivery times
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of confirmation.
- Standard delivery within the contiguous US takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships.
Shipping costs

Delays, damage and lost parcels
Carrier delays can occasionally occur, especially around holidays. If your order arrives damaged, is lost, or has not arrived within 10 business days, email info@merqorallc.com and we will resolve it with a replacement or refund.

Please check your address carefully. We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
